If other components of the machine have power, but the laser power supply does not, please first ensure that the startup procedure is correct:

1. Close all covers, ensuring that all door switches are depressed.

2. Turn on the key switch (or laser control switch).

3. Press the reset button, and check if the machine's indicator light turns yellow and if the LCD screen of the laser power supply lights up.

   Result A:

   If the indicator light turns yellow, but the LCD screen is still not lit and there is no response from the power supply, then you need to check the input voltage of the power supply, refer to the video:

   If the voltage is normal at 220-240V, then you need to replace the laser power supply.
   If the voltage is 0, then you need to check whether the machine's contactor is engaging (as shown in the figure).

   

   If the contactor does not engage, replace the laser key switch. If the contactor engages, then the contactor is faulty or the wiring has gone wrong, which can be confirmed by testing the output of the contactor with an electric pen to see if there is power. If there is power, the wiring has gone wrong and you will need to fix the wiring; if there is no power, the contactor is faulty, replace it with a new, identical one.

   Result B:

   If the indicator light remains red, then you need to check the status of the safety relay. Under normal conditions, after pressing the reset button, the safety relay should light up three green lights (as shown in the figure).

   

   If the safety relay does not light up, you need to check the power supply to the safety relay and measure the voltage at the A+ and A- terminals on the relay with a multimeter (the normal voltage should be 24 V).

   

   If the voltage is normal but the relay still does not light up, then you need to replace the safety relay. If the voltage is 0, then you need to troubleshoot the power supply to the safety relay. Since the safety relay and the mainboard are powered by the same supply, if the mainboard is functioning normally but the relay has no power, it is likely that the circuit is broken or there is a poor connection.

   

   If the relay only lights up one green light at all times, the following steps should be taken to test the cover open protection feature:

   a. Open the cover and manually press down all the switches (as shown in the figure).

   

   b. Press the reset button to check the status of the relay. If it lights up three lights at this point, it indicates that the position of the door switch is incorrect and cannot be stably pressed down, requiring adjustment of the switch position. Continual measurements should be taken if only one light is still lit.

   c. Measure the continuity between S11 and S12 at the relay interface, as well as between S21 and S22. If the switch is continuous, measuring whether the reset button is continuous when pressed (measure between S33 and S34) is also necessary (as shown in the figure). If any of them are discontinuous, it indicates that the corresponding switch on the circuit is damaged and needs to be replaced.
