Laser Tube Produces No Fire
This article addresses the issue of the laser tube not firing and is suitable for the following models:
✅ Pro Series
Depending on the status of your machine, it may take about 30 to 60 minutes to complete the process.
Malfunction
⚠️ The laser tube fails to emit any beam.
If the tube fires but fails to leave a burn mark at the nozzle tip, misalignment is likely the cause. Follow the instructions here for adjustment.
Steps to Take
1. Check the Laser Tube and PSU
Step 1: Open the back access door, and replace the laser tube if any of the following conditions are present:
The laser tube is cracked.
Water has entered the outer tube.
The anode wire insulation is damaged.
Step 2: Open the left or right access door and check whether the laser power supply is energized. If not, see laser power supply indicator not lighting up for further steps.
