Error Code “Machine Protected”
This article aims to address the issue of the panel showing error code “machine protected”, suitable for the following models:
✅ Pronto Series
Depending on the status of your machine, the process may take approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
Steps to Take
Before start, ensure that:
✅ The water cooling system is functioning.
✅ The alarm signal line of the chiller is connected. If not ❌, follow here to connect.
Normal Operation:
- Lid closed and press the reset button → Light strip turns yellow.
- Lid open → Light strip turns red.
Red Light Stays On After Pressing the Reset Button → Tape down the 4 switches shown below, then press the reset button to test.
- Normal condition: After pressing the reset button, the safety relay should show three green lights (see the picture below).

No lights: Check the relay's power supply and measure the voltage at A+ and A- with a multimeter (normal: 24 V).
If the voltage is normal but no lights → Replace the safety relay.
If the voltage is 0 → Troubleshoot the power supply → If the mainboard works but the relay has no power → Check for circuit breaks or poor connections.

Only one green light: Measure continuity between S11-S12, S21-S22, and the reset button (S33-S34) when pressed. If any are discontinuous, replace the corresponding switch.
