If your address is in Germany and you do not see any updates to the tracking information for your package within 3 to 5 business days, we recommend that you wait a little longer. It is also normal for tracking information not to be updated on weekends. Sometimes shipping is delayed due to high volume or unforeseen weather conditions.

If there is no update to the tracking information within 7 business days, please contact customer service by email to file a complaint, and we will send you a replacement device or a full refund once the loss is confirmed.
