What should I do if I miss the scheduled delivery date?
The carrier will call you in advance to arrange a delivery appointment, so please ensure you are available at the scheduled time.
If you are not at home during delivery, the carrier will try to accommodate your schedule and arrange another day. Most carriers will try 2 to 3 times; if delivery still cannot be completed, the goods will be returned. In such a case, you will be responsible for the additional costs.
