Laser power LCD display not lit
If the entire machine is not powered on, follow the troubleshooting procedure ‘Machine not powered on >>’.
If any other component is powered on, but the laser power LCD is not, follow the steps below for troubleshooting:
- Flip the rocker switch to on. The rocker switch should light up and the status indicator should light up red.
- Turn the emergency stop switch clockwise.
- Turn the key switch clockwise.
- Close the cover and press the reset button. The LCD should light up and the status indicator should turn yellow.
If the status indicator keeps lighting up red, check the safety relay (as shown).

The safety relay doesn't light up
Measure the voltage between A1&A2.
If it is 0, check the wires between the switch power supply and the relay.
If it is 24V, replace the safety relay. -
The safety relay only lights up one indicator
Open the protective cover, stick the door switch with tapes to disable them, and Measure the continuity between S11 & S22, and S21 & S22 on the relay.
a. If there is no continuity, the issue is caused by the door sensors.
b. If so, please press the RESET button and measure S33 and S34 simultaneously. The safety relay is defective if S33&S34 is continuous. Otherwise, replace the reset button.
If the status indicator turns yellow, check the relays (as shown).

Relays light up red
Check the input voltage of the laser power supply. It should be 220V.
The input voltage is 0, replace the key switch;
The input voltage is 220 and the laser power supply lights up normally, replace the LCD;
The input voltage is 220 and the laser power supply doesn't light up, replace the laser power supply.
