Machine not powered on
Make sure you are using the correct boot-up procedures as follows:
- Plug in the power cord and make sure the plug is plugged into the bottom with no loose contact.
- Flip the rocker switch to on. The rocker switch should light up and the status indicator should light up red.
- Turn the emergency stop switch clockwise.
- Turn the key switch clockwise.
- Close the cover and press the reset button. The LCD should light up and the status indicator should turn yellow.
- Check whether the engraver is responsive. Under normal circumstances, the engraver's LED light band lights up, the temperature shows a reading, and the exhaust fan and air pump run.
- If the rocker switch doesn't light up, check the fuse here (as shown)
-
- If the fuses are OK and there is power to the outlets in the house, you need to change the 3-in-1 socket.
- If the rocker switch lights up, but the machine has no response, replace the 3-in-1 socket.
- If it's a part that's not responding, not the whole machine, please refer to the articles below to find the solution.
