This article aims to address the issue of the Solis Duo laser engraving machine failing to power on. It applies to the following models:

✅ Solis Duo series

Steps to Take

1. Ensure the laser key is inserted. The machine cannot be powered on without it.
2. Inspect the emergency stop switch. Rotate it clockwise to release and deactivate it.
3. Confirm that the start button has been pressed.

4. Examine power connections:

   ✅Ensure the 5-pin connector on the power adapter is securely attached.

   ✅Ensure the AC plug is fully inserted.

   ✅Ensure the adapter’s green indicator illuminates.

5. If the above steps fail to resolve the issue:

   a. Open the top cover and measure the input voltage of the power board.

   

   b. If the voltage reads 24 V, the emergency stop switch is functioning correctly.

   

     For further troubleshooting, short-circuit these two sets of interfaces on the power board.

   

6. Contact customer service and report the investigation results for further assistance.
