Check whether the light strip will light up when the engrave is energized.

• If the light is not lighting up, refer to Engraver not turning on>>.
• If the light does light up as expected.

1. Check whether the mainboard is energized properly.
2. Refer to the video to remove the glass cover on the left side of the engraver and then remove the metal plate above the mainboard.

Normally, several indicator lights should be glowing red if the mainboard is energized.
