This article aims to address the issue that the workbed keeps declining after clicking autofocus, suitable for the following models:

✅ Pronto Series

Depending on the status of your machine, the process may take approximately 5 to 10 minutes.

Steps to Take

Refer here for the correct focusing steps if you are unsure where to start.

1️⃣ Reposition Platform:

• Power OFF the machine.
• Manually pull the Z-belt to position the platform at MID-height.

2️⃣ Power ON and reset the machine → Check the panel diagnostic interface.

⚠️ Interface varies by model

3️⃣ Sensor Status Check:

✅ The Z Limit/LmtU- should be blank ⚪ when no material is in the detection zone (see picture below)

Red area 🟥: Left and right through-beam infrared sensors / AF sensors
Green area 🟩: Effective detection zone

• Z Limit/LmtU- = TRIGGERED 🔴 but no material is placed ➡️ Replace the autofocus sensor.
• Z Limit/LmtU- = BLANK ⚪ but platform keeps declining during focusing ➡️ Restore factory settings.
